A deeply rooted project management background allowed us to actualize a challenging project, chasing every single step thanks to a complete and integrated management of authorizations and planning progress.
The construction of an industrial building into a contaminated area with a remediation process ongoing and simultaneously affected by a concrete rockfall risk could seem an extremely difficult idea to make real, but, thanks to the synergy between our working groups we got successful to contemporary manage both managerial and planning commitment, getting the whole area free of any environmental and geological hurdles, while a third team was focused on the building project.
